  "description": "Route McHarbor workflow, alert, and backup events to a WhatsApp phone number via one of four connection methods selected at channel-config time: Meta Cloud API (graph.facebook.com /v21.0/<phone_id>/messages), self-hosted gateway (Baileys/wa-gateway/etc.), WhatsApp Business API platform (360dialog-style), or a third-party SaaS messaging provider (Twilio, MessageBird, Gupshup, ...). The plugin handles Test (cheap credential round-trip) and Send (real message to the recipient) \u2014 there is no OAuth flow because WhatsApp providers use long-lived tokens. Adds the channels:use-comm-whatsapp permission so operators can grant 'send alerts via this channel' as a discrete, auditable capability.",
